Company Information

Robert Hampton started Hampton Development Services in 1994. Like his father before him, Hampton has worked in construction and development most of his life. With a team of experienced and skilled engineers, contractors, and planners, HDS creates superior developments for the special families who live in them now and in the future.

Hampton Development Services, Inc. is a land development company specializing in residential and commercial subdivisions for quality homes, townhomes, and apartments, retail, office, and mixed use.

Robert D. Hampton (Bob), is the owner of the company. Bob previously worked with his father, Joe Hampton, and for many years was vice president of Hampton Enterprises, Inc. In late 1994, Bob chose to form his own development company known as Hampton Development Services, Inc.

Bob has accumulated 25+ years of experience in construction and development. Bob grew up in the construction business beginning at an early age cleaning up job sites, mowing lawns, etc. Performing virtually all aspects of the jobs from the dirtiest to putting together multimillion dollar deals, while displaying a diligent work ethic, Bob rose through the construction and development ranks. • Timber Lake - 400 acre mixed-use development in Otoe County
